Every year, tens of thousands of mobula rays migrate to the waters of southern Baja, Mexico. These rays, also known as devil rays (Mobula Munkiana by its scientific name), are large and graceful creatures that can reach up to 3 feet in length. They are attracted to the warm waters of the Sea of Cortez, where they come to breed.
Dare to experience spectacular views in La Ventana. located in the southern part of Isla Cerralvo; snorkel and dive in iconic sites, while being part of Baja´s natural aquarium.

Tour Description
This experience consists of:
4 hours safari in La Ventana
1- Tank dive in a site of La Ventana (Open Water certification required)
The adventure begins at 6 am at the Nautilus Dive tech facilities,we will head to the east coast of the Baja California Sur peninsula, to the town of La Ventana.
We will board a boat that will tour us in search of pelagic life, mainly Mobula schools. During this time we will be able to jump into the water with many species that we encounter, such as dolphins, killer whales, schools of fish, sea lions, and many more. We recommend gearing up for snorkeling or free diving, since this gives us the freedom to jump more times and comfortably into the water. After this we will take a break and have lunch on one of the nearby beaches around Cerralvo Island. At the end we will do a SCUBA dive in one of the numerous diving sites in the area. Then, the boat will take us to the beach to transport us back to the capes and the Nautilus DIve Tech facilities.
